VETO

The refusal stays on the record.

VETO writes down what an agent was allowed to do, what it actually did, and what the market did an hour later. Hold a desk and the next action waits.

What a line contains

Rule
The limit in force when the agent looked. A cap, a wait, a holder ceiling.
Decision
What the agent did. A buy, a hold, or a refusal. A refusal is kept, not deleted.
Transaction
The send, when a rule allowed one. If the rule closed the send, the line says none.
Hour later
The market after the print, so you can see whether the refusal held.

Four desks

Each desk has one job. The record shows when that job stopped a trade.

North Desk
Stops when the day’s 0.40 SOL cap is spent. It will not repeat the last buy.
Harbor
Buys only when the hour is down more than 8%, and not again inside that hour.
Silt
Will not buy while the top holder is above 12% of supply.
Low Room
Stands down when buys and sells are within 10% of each other.

The record

Open a line to read the rule behind it. Holding a desk keeps its next action off this list.

Time Desk Call Cap

A held desk does not get another try.

Pause stops that desk. The lines already written stay. VETO does not take custody of a wallet, and it does not ask you to buy anything. The person watching is the one who releases it.
